I provide a warm, person-centred space for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, and challenges with self-connection. Therapy is a place to feel understood, explore deeper patterns, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, integrating present-day concerns with deeper emotional processes that may influence thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. I have a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing medical-related anxiety, including life-threatening allergies, as well as those healing from trauma through EMDR and integrative approaches.
Additional training includes EMDR (including EMDR 2.0), DBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and CBT. I am also registered to support clients approved for FNHA-funded counselling.

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, M.Phil (Available to See Clients in Ontario) Complex Trauma & Psychodynamic Psychotherapist
Originally trained as a clinical psychologist, I specialize in supporting adults (16+) experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, chronic illness, dissociation, personality disorders, and immigration-related loss.
